Welcome to Modlith, a product of Fonti7 LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Fonti7 LLC operates Modlith as a software service and SaaS application framework. By accessing or using our website at modlith.com or any features or services provided through it (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Modlith, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We continually improve and evolve Modlith. As part of this process we may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the Service. Where reasonably possible we aim to provide advance notice of significant changes affecting users.
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All software, source code, designs, branding, and content associated with Modlith are owned by Fonti7 LLC or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- User Data: You retain ownership of data you create or upload within the Service.
7. User Content and Conduct
- Feedback: If you submit suggestions or feedback regarding the Service, you grant Fonti7 LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such input for improving the Service.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

Modlith may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, analytics tools, or hosting infrastructure. Fonti7 LLC is not responsible for the practices or content of these external providers. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers
- No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- Availability: We make reasonable efforts to maintain reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fonti7 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fonti7 LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, natural disasters, network failures, or governmental actions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules unless prohibited by law.
